[Steps to reproduce]:
- Launch Firefox
- Open a random *.pdf file (e.g. https://www.africau.edu/images/default/sample.pdf)
- Right-click on the pdf file
- Choose the "Select All" context menu option
- Click the "Tools" button
[Expected result]:
- All context menu options under the "Tools" panel shouldn't be highlighted and selected.
[Actual result]:
- All context menu options under the "Tools" panel are highlighted and selected.
