The horizontal stripes appeare also now!  in Mozilla 1.21 whre they before didn't exist. I wonder how they can stay ??

1. Starting Mozilla is sufficient.

Expected Results:  
show empty page at second start; or Mozilla-introduction at first start.

can send you a tiff-image (32 kByte); dont know the mail address and whre to send ; think it is a problem of graphic interface.
