Operating system: OnePlus 6 A6000 (Android 11)
Firefox version: Nightly 117.0a1-20230719160709

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://signup.live.com/signup
2. Tap into the email field.
3. Try to zoom out completely.

Expected Behaviour:
The page can be zoomed out completely after trying to type in the text field.

Actual Behaviour:
The page cannot be zoomed out completely after trying to type in the text field.

Notes:

1. Screen rec provided
2. Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
3. Reproducible on the other pages of registering process as well
4. Not reproducible on Chrome

It seems to keep zooming in on certain text fields when selected. Reproduces when writing emails on Outlook as well, might be the same issue.

Verified this issue and could not reproduce it on Firefox versions 122 and 124.
