Environment:
Operating System: Windows 10 PRO x64
Firefox version: Firefox Nightly 117.0a1 (2023-07-19) (64-bit)

Preconditions:
Clean profile
The "Allow pop-ups" option is enabled.
Account previously created.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to: https://www.office.com/create?auth=1
2. Perform account login.
3. Click on the "Presentation" option located below the "Create" section
4. Observe the newly opened page header.

Expected Behavior:
The UI of the header is the same across all browsers.

Actual Behavior:
The UI is different compared to other browsers.

Notes:

• Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP.
• Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release.
• Works as expected using Chrome.
• Reproducible for other sections.

Verified this issue and could not reproduce it on Firefox versions 122 and 124.
