Environment:
Operating System: Windows 10 PRO x64
Firefox version: Firefox Nightly 117.0a1 (2023-07-19) (64-bit)
Preconditions:
Clean profile
Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to: https://account.mail.ru/signup?from=main&rf=auth.mail.ru&app_id_mytracker=58519
- Click on the drop-down arrow from the "Year" field
- Observe the triggered list.
Expected Behavior:
The list is centered.
Actual Behavior:
The list is not centered.
Notes:
- Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP.
- Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release.
- Works as expected using Chrome.

Verified this issue and still reproduces on Firefox 122, 123 and 124.
Tested with:
Browser / Version: Firefox Release 122.0 (64-bit)/ Firefox Nightly 124.0a1 (2024-01-30) (64-bit) /Firefox Beta 123.0b3(64-bit)/ Chrome Version 121.0.6167.86 (Official Build) (64-bit)
