Environment:
Operating System: Windows 10 PRO x64
Firefox version: Firefox Nightly 117.0a1 (2023-07-19) (64-bit)

Preconditions:
Clean profile
An account was previously created
The "Reading pane" option from the account layout option is set to "On the right"(https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/options/mail/layout)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to: https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/
2. Perform account login.
3. Observe the right part of the page.

Expected Behavior:
The OR code option is present.

Actual Behavior:
The QR code option is missing.

Notes:

• Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP.
• Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release.
• Works as expected using Chrome.

Verified this issue and could not reproduce it on Firefox versions 122 and 124.

Tested with:

Browser / Version: Firefox Release 122.0 (64-bit)/ Firefox Nightly 124.0a1 (2024-01-31) (64-bit)
