Sending tabs from PC to mobile does not work

Details
Steps to reproduce:
- Signed into desktop browser with Mozilla account (Firefox version 102.7.0)
- Signed into mobile app with same account (Firefox version 115.2.0)
- I can see both devices under managed devices for my account
- Send tab from desktop to mobile
Actual results:
Blue box with "Sent!" appears, but tab is never received/shown on mobile device. Even if i force sync (Settings->Account->Synchronize now).
Expected results:
Tab should appear on mobile device.
Tried closing both apps (on both devices) & signing-out/in.
Sending tabs in other direction (from mobile to desktop) works fine.

Have you allowed notification permission of Firefox Android?
According to Bug 1810642, Tab will not automatically opened. Users must click on notification to open the tab.

This was the problem. Enabled notifications & it works. Thank you!
