184481 - Envelope area vanished, can't save attachments

The envelope area, expanded by a twistie, has disappeared with no way to get it
back.  All I have is a few headers at the top of the message inline.

With no attachment list box, saving attachments is impossible.  The File |
Attachments menu only brings up a "Save All" option, which complains when I try
to choose a directory that the directory already exists.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open my mail.
2. Click a message.
3.

Actual Results:  
Email is displayed under Subject, From, Date, and To headers (Normal Headers
view).  Attachments are not available to save individually under the File menu.

Expected Results:  
There should be an envelope area with a twistie icon to expand it.

Classic and Modern themes, with no other theme installed.
