While trying to count Windows ARM64 downloads, I discovered that we can't necessarily count ARM64 installs because there's no architecture field in the https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/toolkit/components/telemetry/docs/data/install-ping.rst. This ticket tracks determining the architecture and reporting it in the stub and full install pings.

You're probably not missing anything; the volume of ARM64 installs has never been terribly high, so the work just never got done.
