[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open 'about:preferences'.
2. Click on 'Saved Logins...'
3. Click on a login.
4. Click on 'Remove'.
5. Navigate to 'about:logins' in a new tab.
6. Click the same login as Step 3.
7. Click on 'Remove'.
8. Click 'Remove' on the 'Remove this Login?' pop-up.
9. Go back to the previous 'about:logins' page.

[Expected result]:

• The login is successfully removed.
• 'Remove this login?' pop-up is dismissed.

[Actual result]:

• The login is successfully removed.
• 'Remove this login?' pop-up persists, and all its buttons remain clickable.
• Note that if clicking the 'Remove' button on the pop-up, the next login of the removed login is removed.

Managed to reproduce this issue on:

• Nightly 118.0a1;
• Beta 117.0b4;
• Firefox 116.0.2;

Tested and reproduced on:

• Windows 10;
• macOS 12;
• Ubuntu 22;

Setting as NEW so the developing team can have a look.
