[Preconditions]:
- Have at least one saved login.
[Steps to reproduce]:
- Go to "about:logins".
- Click the "Edit" button.
- Modify the username.
- Click the "Go back one page" button.
[Expected result]:
- A "Discard unsaved changes?" pop-up should prompt before navigating back to the previous page.
[Actual result]:
- The unsaved changes are dismissed without a "Discard unsaved changes?" prompt, and the page navigates back to the previous page.

I am able to reproduce this issue in Release 116, Beta 117.0b3 and Nightly 118.0a1 on Windows 10.
