I managed to reproduce this issue on macOS 13 on latest Nightly 130.0a1. However the issue is not reproducing if on step 11, you click on the Discard button.

To resolve this, simply refreshing the page or restarting the browser can force the update to appear. Alternatively, you can try navigating away from the 'about:logins' page and then returning, which may also trigger the update. This is a common behavior in many browsers, and it typically doesn't indicate a problem with the saved login data itself but rather how the browser displays the updated information.
Thanks and Regards

To address this issue, you can refresh the page or restart your browser to prompt the update to appear. Another option is to navigate away from the about:logins page and return to it, as this may also trigger the update. This behavior is common in many browsers and usually doesn’t signify an issue with the saved login data itself, but rather how the browser renders the updated information.
Thank you, and best regards.
