:buglinking, if you think that's a regression, could you try to find a regression range using for example mozregression?

Hello, thank you for the bug report!
Managed to reproduce this issue on:
- Nightly 118.0a1;
- Beta 117.0b5;
- Firefox 116.0.2;
Tested and reproduced on:
- macOS 12;
Could not reproduce on Windows 10 nor Ubuntu 22.
Bookmark Panel format has changed, there’s no ‘Tags’ section anymore but TAB will not focus the ‘Location’ section.
Setting as NEW so the developing team can have a look.

Hi there,
This issue reproduces when the macOS system preference "keyboard navigation" is set to off -- it does not reproduce if this preference is enabled.
This is standard behaviour. We advise users to enable this preference in macOS settings, or the corresponding Firefox preference (General > Browsing > Use the tab key to move focus between form controls and links) which is available in Firefox 117 (see this bug). If you see issues after modifying one of these preferences, please let us know.
From an a11y standpoint, I'd recommend this be closed as invalid -- but it's strong supporting evidence that we should default this FF preference to "on" :)

Thank you for commenting Morgan.
Closing as invalid as we already have a way to make this work via adjusting preferences, and bug 1843669 is present for changing the default.
