problem loading translation engine with half downloaded language pack

Steps to reproduce:
Installed the firefox-translations extension, opened a website in Russian language, selected translate when the bar showed up and it started downloading the language pack, about 20mb/50mb was downloaded when I reloaded the page
now I clicked translate again
Actual results:
first it says loading the engine and then says "we found an error loading the translation engine"
Expected results:
check and redownload the language pack using a checksum
or have a button to delete it
or to say where the extension data is exactly

We are deprecating the addon in favor of providing the feature directly in the browser, so I am marking this as WONTFIX. Thanks for the report, and feel free to submit any new issues found in the integrated version when we ship it.
