Environment:
Operating system: OnePlus 6 A6000 (Android 11)
Firefox version: Nightly 117.0a1-20230723090234
Steps to reproduce:
- Go to https://account.mail.ru/login?success_redirect=https%3A%2F%2Ftouch.mail.ru%2Fmessages%2Finbox%3Fback%3D1&from=main_m_touch
- Log into your account (login with google account available).
- Tap on the "pen" icon located on the top right corner of the page.
- Tap on the email text area.
Expected Behaviour:
The text area is highlighted with a black border.
Actual Behaviour:
The text area is highlighted with a green border.
Notes:
- Screenshot provide
- Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
- Not reproducible on Chrome
- Reproducible for the "Subject" field as well

Verified this issue and still reproduces on Firefox 122, 123 and 124.
