Environment:
Operating system: OnePlus 6 A6000 (Android 11)
Firefox version: Nightly 117.0a1-20230724215726

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://translate.google.com
2. Type anything to translate (e.g. fromage)
3. Tap on the feedback button (like/dislike icon).
4. Downvote the translation.
5. Scroll the pop-up menu.

Expected Behaviour:
The "Skip" and "Submit" buttons are visible.

Actual Behaviour:
The "Skip" and "Submit" buttons disappear after scrolling.

Notes:

1. Screen rec provided
2. Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
3. Not reproducible on Chrome

Verified this issue and could not reproduce it on Firefox versions 122 and 124.
