Do you have HTTP pipelining enabled?

This worksforme, linux trunk build 2002-12-04-05.
Works for me, using linux nightly 2002120705.
direct connection options:
HTTP 1.1
Enable Keep-Alive
(no pipeline)

proxy connection options:
HTTP 1.1
Enable Keep-Alive
(no pipeline)

I could not reproduce this bug today.
Yesterday, I used the shared connection
of Microsoft Windows Millenium.
This morning, I connected directly my Linux box
to the modem.

Could this be the ground of the bug ?

I had to clean my cache
in order to get the new page correctly
(i.e. page seems to be the same since yesterday).
Thus, I don't think
that it comes from the server.
-> networking:http I guess

sure, it's certainly possible that Mozilla is not working well when connecting
to the internet via a WinME shared internet connection. we'd need more
information to track down the exact problem however. can you capture a packet
trace? there is some excellent free software available from www.ethereal.com
that can help you do this. thx!
Jerome, is this issue still affecting you?
not any more.
maybe it is now fixed with version:
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; fr-FR; rv:1.7.2) Gecko/20040804
