Environment:
Operating System: Windows 10 PRO x64
Firefox version: Firefox Nightly 117.0a1 (2023-07-24) (64-bit)
Preconditions:
Account login performed
Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to: https://docs.google.com/presentation/u/0/
- From the "Start a new presentation" section, click on the "+" logo located in the "Blank" placeholder area.
- On the newly opened page, observe the "Speakers notes" input field, located in the page footer.
Expected Behavior:
The section has no default scrollbar.
Actual Behavior:
The section has an unnecessary scrollbar.
Notes:
- Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP.
- Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release.
- Works as expected using Chrome.
- A scrollbar is present on other browsers once a couple of lines of text are inputted in the field.

Verified this issue and it's still reproducible on Firefox versions 122 and 124.
