Updated the UX specs here to cover a min-width of 700px.

Here's what happens until the min-width is met.

• The title of the page goes to a minimum of 200px
• Domains truncate with "..." when there's they are longer than the space
• Below 700px a scroll bar appears for the entire page

With a 700px width, the title will never get to 200px.

So the 700 is enough.
