Tested platforms

• Affected platforms: macOS 13.5
• Unaffected platforms: Windows 11 and Ubuntu 22.04

Preconditions

• browser.tabs.firefox-view-next is set to true
• have some random tabs with various websites closed

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Firefox
2. Access Firefox View
3. Press tab in order to select various contents in the page

Expected result

• The websites in the cards and the "View all" links can be interacted via keyboard

Actual result

• The websites in the cards and the "View all" links cannot be selected via keyboard

Regression range

• No regression, new implementations

Additional notes

• The issue can be seen in the following attachment
• Windows 11 and Ubuntu 22.04 are not affected, and the websites/links can be interacted with.

To be able to use tab navigation there's an OS level setting on MacOS - with this enabled this should work. See attachment for the location in Settings -> Keyboard.

Yep, this seems to have fixed it, but unfortunately "Show all history" from the History category still can't be selected by keyboard. Any idea on what is happening there scolville? Thanks!

Thanks for pointing that out, I've added to an existing bug related to the "Show all history link" https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1845471#c2 to point that out, since it's related and has the same underlying cause.
