I notice that Firefox Translations offers to translate this page from French to English, but it doesn't appear to actually change any text when I turn on the translation (on Linux Nightly). I can manually toggle the translation, too, without any of the visible text changing.

STR:

  1. Navigate to https://framapiaf.org/@davidrevoy/110786543576495517. Some of the text will be in French, some in English.
  2. Translations will offer to translate the page from French to English. Accept.
  3. None of the page text will change from French to English.
  4. Switching back to the original using the Translations icon in the Awesome bar will cause the page to reload, but none of the text will change, either.
Summary: Firefox Translations doesn't update page text on Mastodon → Firefox Translations doesn't update page text on multilingual Mastodon site

The page has <html lang='fr'> and then the main div has: <div class="notranslate app-holder">. So this is working as expected unfortunately, since Firefox is respecting the notranslate. The only mitigation would be file a bug against Mastodon here unless I'm missing something.
