Using latest Firefox Nightly:

Build ID 20230724215726
go to enhance.dev, slowly scroll down till the bottom, then go up to reach the part shown in the screenshot.
Actual results:
Line rendering artifact

No artifacts

Can confirm on my Win11x64 machine with DPI=1 and 1440p resolution.
Occurs on a build from Jan2023. Therefore, this bug is not a recent regression (and not related to the recent clip-mask work).
