It's dysfunctional that the Destination list is in reverse alpha order (after Save to PDF).

Interesting - on macOS, I'm seeing them in forward alphabetical order, but on Windows I see the reverse.

I've reproduced this issue using Nightly 117.0a1 (2023-07-27) on Windows 10 x64 .
Verified as fixed on the latest Nightly 118.0a1 (2023-08-10) and Firefox 117.0b6 versions under same configuration and the issue no longer persists.
