Preconditions

• browser.tabs.firefox-view-next is set to true
• macOS Voiceover active

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Firefox
2. Access Firefox View
3. Listen/Watch when Voiceover reads the Navigation content list (Recent Browsing, Open tabs, Recently closed tabs, etc)

Expected result

• Not sure what the correct behaviour should be for this Accessibility issue

Actual result

• Voiceover will read each item three times
  For example:
  1. Recent browsing, selected, tab, group, 1 of 5
  2. Recent browsing, button, group
  3. Recent browsing

Regression range

• No regression, new implementation

Additional notes

• The issue can be seen in the following attachment as voiceover reads every item.
• I don't know if this is intended so we logged this just in case it isn't.

Verified that the issue is fixed on Firefox 118.0a1, and VoiceOver behaves as expected now.
