Steps to reproduce:

When the keyboard (I specifically used Gboard, not sure if it's the same with others) is opened to type something into a textbox on any website, I'm unable to switch Tabs by swiping left or right on the url bar. This can be reproduced every time on any website. When the keyboard is closed again, it's also possible again to switch Tabs.

Actual results:

I'm unable to switch Tabs by swiping left or right on the url bar when the keyboard is opened. This can be very annoying, especially when multitasking.

Expected results:

The tab should have switched without issues and the keyboard should have closed if there's no active rextbox on the other website.

This is super frustrating. Hopefully we can get this fix greenlit.
