Steps to reproduce:

Firefox 116.0 RC2
Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.15; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/116.0
macOS Ventura 13.5

  1. Show Picture-in-Picture.
  2. Make the picture-in-picture window much larger than the "about Firefox" window.
  3. Make the picture-in-picture window slightly smaller than the "about Firefox" window.

Actual results:

Then the audio slider disappears.

Expected results:

I feel that the display of the volume slider is quickly disabled relative to the size of the window.
