Steps to reproduce:
I tried to move the New Tab Plus sign from the far right of the toolbar to next to the current tab.
Actual results:
The New Tab Plus moved to the far left of the toolbar.
Expected results:
The new Tab Plus Sign should be directly to the right of the current tab.

Janet, as far as I know, the new tab customization can only be set to be far left or far right.
Could you please elaborate a bit more on the why should the new tab sign be right next to the current tab? I'm confused if this is a change request or a regression.
