In Bug 1818798 we added a performance test which measures how much time is spent establishing the network connection after a speculative connection has been made.
(It should be 0).
The results look to be perfectly stable (i.e. always zero)

It would be good to alert on this one so that we don't regress this important performance features.

The results of this test look very stable (at zero), so let's sheriff it to catch regressions
