1846296 - Avoid to uselessly generate a printed version of a pdf

A lot of pdfs don't have any annotations, hence we don't need to generate a printed version of the pdf but we can just send it as it is to the print app.
It'll help to improve performance and decrease the power consumption.

PDFs without a form or newly added annotations can be printed in using their original bytes stream.
