I'm seeing many console errors when I click on the history view: TypeError: 'args' member of L10nArgsHelperDict is not an object.

I'm also seeing this JavaScript error: chrome://browser/content/firefoxview/history.mjs, line 82: TypeError: can't access property "removeEventListener", this.migrationWizardDialog is null. We need to check for the migration wizard to be truthy before attempting to remove the listener here.
