User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X; en-US; rv:1.2) Gecko/20021126 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X; en-US; rv:1.2) Gecko/20021126 When I press "Click here to remove all expired articles", instead of simply removing the expired articles in the current newsgroup listing, it opens a new window and removes them there. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open a news article that gives "Bad article number; perhaps the article has expired" message 2. Click "Click here to remove all expired articles" 3. Actual Results: I get a new Mail/News window, in which the expired articles are removed. The original window remains there, with the expired articles still in its listing. Expected Results: Removed the expired articles, updating the listing in the window where I clicked the "Click here to remove all expired articles" link, without opening a new window.

Sorry ... I did notice that one just after submitting the report - I just hadn't searched for the right terms beforehand. But since the reproduction steps are completely different, I continued to wonder if this really was an instance of the same bug. As you've probably worked out I'm quite new to Bugzilla, and still getting the hang of it. But hopefully in the not-too-distant future I'll actually have something original to contribute.
