Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Start Firefox (with or without add-ons)
  2. Open any page in New Tab.
  3. Right click on contents area
  4. Choose Save Page as...
  5. When save dialog pops up, click on Cancel button
  6. Click on hamburger menu button etc.

Expected Results:
Application arrow panel should immediately open.

Actual Results:
It takes time to open the panel.

Removing dead entries of pinned folders from Quick access in File Explorer, the performance seems to be back to normal.
