### Basic information
Steps to Reproduce:
- Start Firefox (with or without add-ons)
- Open any page in New Tab.
- Right click on contents area
- Choose
Save Page as... - When save dialog pops up, click on
Cancelbutton - Click on hamburger menu button etc.
Expected Results:
Application arrow panel should immediately open.
Actual Results:
It takes time to open the panel.

Removing dead entries of pinned folders from Quick access in File Explorer, the performance seems to be back to normal.
