Operating system: Windows 10
Firefox version: Firefox Nightly 118.0a1 (2023-08-01)

Preconditions:
• ETP set to STRICT
• Clean profile

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/b/surface-deals
  2. Observe the page.

Expected Behaviour:
The "Questions? Talk to an expert" button is displayed on the page.

Actual Behaviour:
The "Questions? Talk to an expert" button is missing.

Notes:

  1. Screenshot provided
  2. Not reproducible with Standard ETP
  3. Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
  4. Reproducible with both Strict and Standard ETP in Private
  5. Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing

Reproducible on mobile as well.
