Getting this bug on file, although I haven't paged everything in. At a minimum we need to remove the comment from the code if everything is working as we desire.

The correct code link would be this. We probably want to add a new SandboxOptions, similar e.g. to the existing forceSecureContext, to configure the fingerprinting state of the sandbox.
