The option to "leave messages on server" is used in conjunction with "delete
messages on server when they are deleted OR MOVED from inbox" is enabled.

I have a filter on my mail for when the subject contains *spam* to MOVE to the
folder "spam".... 

Since it's not in my inbox, as requested by the option, it should be deleted
from the mail server.

It is not deleted from the mail server.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Create mail filter
2.  Enable mail filter
3.  Enable the option to "leave messages on server" in conjunction with "delete
messages on server when they are deleted OR MOVED from inbox" 
4.  Recieve mail to be filtered

Actual Results:  
The mail that is filtered from the inbox is not deleted from the pop server

Expected Results:  
It should have deleted all mail that was moved from the inbox, leaving only
messages that remain in the inbox on the pop server.
