Operating system: Windows 10
Firefox version: Nightly 118.0a1 (2023-08-02)

Preconditions:
• Must be logged in on tl.net
• ETP set to Standard

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://liquipedia.net/dota2/index.php?title=Special:UserLogin&returnto=Riyadh+Masters%2F2023
2. Check if there's a login button (Login as "username").

Expected Behaviour:
The "Login as username" button is displayed on the page.

Actual Behaviour:
The "Login as username" button is missing from the page.

Notes:

1. Screen rec provided
2. Not reproducible with ETP turned OFF
3. Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
4. Same behaviour in Private
