Preconditions:
Clean profile
Account login performed.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to : https://twitter.com/
2. Locate and play a post that contains video media.
3. Observe the options from the video player menu bar.

Expected Behavior:
The caption option is present.

Actual Behavior:
The caption option is missing.

Notes:

• Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP.
• Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release.
• Works as expected using Chrome.
• Screenshot attached
• Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing

Verified this issue and it seems the page has received an update, only few videos have the "CC" option and it is available on Firefox as well.
