Details

ctrl+enter to submit a URL should add the www. and .com immediately, instead of
waiting for whatever it waits for. This provides proper user feedback for what
the browser is doing.

Custom keywords do update the URL bar immediately.

To reproduce, try a few sites. Some that are responsive enough appear to be
updated immediately. Some others take 2-3 seconds.

Phoenix 0.5
WFM using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.3a)
Gecko/20030128 Phoenix/0.5
I don't understand why you say "try a few sites. Some that are responsive enough
appear to be updated immediately. Some others take 2-3 seconds."
This features doesn't depend of the responsiveness of the websites: it updates
the URIbar automatically, whether the site exists (or is available) or not.
