Steps to reproduce:

Attempt to reach the profile manager from the Firefox UI.

Actual results:

The profile manager can't be reached from the Firefox UI. In GNOME, for example, it can be reached by using the app menu (which will be retired in GNOME 45) or from the dash. Or it can be reached from about:profiles, but this page has way too much information.

Expected results:

Google Chrome has a cool UI that allows managing profiles from the toolbar. Firefox could have a similar UI.
