Firefox version:Firefox Nightly 118.0a1 (2015966755-🦎118.0a1-20230805212033🦎)

Preconditions:
Clean profile

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to: https://www.reddit.com
2. If the page loads, tap multiple times on the page logo.
3. Observe the result.

Expected Behavior:
The burger menu opens.

Actual Behavior:
The burger menu does not open.

Notes:

• Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP.
• Reproducible (randomly) on the latest build of Firefox Nightly.
• Works as expected using Chrome and Firefox Release.
• Refreshing the page multiple times seems to fix the issue temporarily.
• Screenrec attached.
• Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing.

Adding regressionwindow-wanted since the regressor will help get this investigation going
