Operating system: Android 12
Firefox version:Firefox Nightly 118.0a1 (2015966755-🦎118.0a1-20230805212033🦎)

Preconditions:
Clean profile

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to: https://www.amazon.com
  2. Pass the verification process.
  3. Tap on any button located in the top action bar (in our case, the account button).
  4. Observe the result.

Expected Behavior:
The button does not have a border once tapped before the new page opens.

Actual Behavior:
The button has a border once tapped.

Notes:

  • Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP.
  • Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Firefox Release.
  • Works as expected using Chrome.
  • Screenshot attached.
  • Reproducible for other items and sections of the page.
  • Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing.

Verified this issue and it's still reproducible on Firefox versions 122 and 124.
