Because the content analysis may fail, when the content
analysis didn't produce what authors expect, authors should be
able to add or remove break opportunities.

This patch adds two tests:

  • \<wbr> can force to break a phrase into two.
  • \<nobr> can force two phrases to one.

Note, \<nobr> isn't standardized, so it's defined in the test.
