Constantly inundated by pop-up windows because the tool, previously under
"tools" for blocking or unblocking opo-ups is not available in 1.2.1 but was
great in 1.2.b

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Get on the web
2.Get to a site
3.Get pop-up windows

Actual Results:  
The pop-ups are every where I go, and i can no longer block them because the
feature is no longer a part of the browser.

Expected Results:  
Mozilla should have kept the pop-up blocker

Pop-up windows suck, and making it a chore to report bugs sucks.
