An offshoot from bug 133250, if you load http://webreference.com/dhtml/column66/HM4-3/LoadMe.html the progress meter gets stuck up near 100% and never completes. The throbber and status message both work properly, however.
I just went to the reference URL and it finished loading for me just fine. 2002121104 / XP.

See the progress bar near the bottom right? That's the one I'm talking about.
Yes, I understand what this bug is about. I'm simply saying that the latest build under XP does not exhibit the problem for me. I can't reproduce it. In fact, the reference site loads so quickly that I don't notice the progress meter at all. (Although I certainly do at other sites - all of which go to 100% and finish properly.)

I do note, however, that you are using Netscape and not Mozilla. Also, what you see displayed is substantially different than what I see displayed.
This works fine in windows 2000, but happends all the time on XP.
well have you tried to disable "enable keep alive" setting? i'm using 2003060508 aqnd works fine i'm on winxp so WFM
worksforme with 2004021709 seamonkey build on winXP.
