If the main thread document.writes an importmap the off-the-main-thread parser doesn't turn off preloads for module scripts or module preloads from the link element.

If the off-the-main-thread parser sees an importmap, main-thread document.write-generated module preloads aren't turned off.

I think I misread code on this point.
