When I want to print an email, it always prints the headers that I've chosen to
show in View->headers. There should be a button to switch in the print preview
pane that you only want normal headers.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Choose view | headers | full
2. pick a message and print preview


Actual Results:  
The full headers fill 1/2 page

Expected Results:  
A button should be able to hide all but normal headers in the actual print

Workaround:
1. view | header | normal
2. print preview
3. now you print only normal headers
