This is a follow-up bug of bug 1766386. In bug 1766386 we are going to change our scroll snap proximity threshold to 0.3*snapport size from a fixed value defined by a preference. It's slightly different from other browsers, on other browsers the threshold value is based on the scrollport size.

Dan suggested that it would be nice to have a test for this difference.

Note that the test would be a tentative one I guess.
