Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/116.0
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open random video on YouTube(or in random video-service)
2. Play video in Picture-In-Picture.
3. Change language by hotkey. In my case is `Super` + `Space`.
Actual results:
The PIP takes focus to itself.
To fix this I need right click on PIP and disable "Always on Top".
After that it works fine but disabled setting for "Always on Top" will not saves so I need to do it all time
Btw "Always on Top" also doesn't correctly work. I think it mentioned to be "always on top" but it doesn't work like that
Expected results:
PIP doesn't takes focus and I think it should work without disabling "Always on Top"
