Firefox version: Nightly 118.0a1 (2023-08-15)

Preconditions: must be logged in

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://www.primevideo.com
2. Scroll down the page.
3. Hover over a carousel with movies.
4. Click on the arrows that appears ("<", ">").

Expected Behaviour:
The carousel slides slower.

Actual Behaviour:
The carousel slides fast.

Notes:

1. Screen rec provided
2. Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
3. Not reproducible on Chrome
4. Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing

Verified this issue and could not reproduce it on Firefox versions 122 and 124. If anything, Chrome seems way slower now compared to Firefox.
