I can't connect to my mail server when proxy settings are set. This also applyes
when trying to send mails througt smtp. However, if i insert the mail server
domain in the 'No proxy for:' field, there are no problems, with connect to
imap, or smtp servers. I have not testet this with pop3. I use squid as proxy
server, and have masqueraded port 25 and 143 with iptables. I 'm running debian
woody, running kernel 1.4.19
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set mozilla up tu use a manully proxy server.
2. Try to send and reseave e-mails
3.
Actual Results:
I get the error: Server refused the connection
Expected Results:
Allowed me to get my mails even through i use a proxy server?
